How to make Pav bhaji

Ingredients :

  • 250 gm. boiled and peel potatoes(aloo)
  • 1 capcicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peace
  • 1 large onion finely chopped 
  • 1 bowl tomatoes puree
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 2 tsp pav bhaji masala 
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter or deshi ghee
  • chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Method :
 Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, curry leaves saute till light brown. Now, add chopped capsicum, 
cauliflower stir-fry for 2 minutes and add all masala powder, salt and tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. Now add mash potatoes, keep stirring continuously and mash with a masher 2-3 times. Now add green peas and cook for 5 minutes. After sometime when the green peas becomes soft and oil separates from the vegetables remove the heat and add butter or ghee and lemon juice. Garnishing with coriander leaves. Serve with pav .
