How to make spicy Hakka noodles with vegetables recipe




Ingredients:
  • 200 gm. Hakka noodles (boiled 10 minutes)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum  
  • 1 chopped onion 
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce 
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli paste
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds for garnishing 
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion saute for1-minute. Add garlic-ginger, Kashmiri red chilli paste and salt and saute for 5 minutes on the medium flame. Add cabbage and capsicum stir for 5 minutes on the high flame. add boiled Hakka noodles, soya sauce, white vinegar and saute for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame. Serve it hot with garlic sauce.
