Bread and sprout moong cutlet recipe

Bread and sprout cutlet 
Bread and sprout moong cutlet is very healthy and easy to make. Everyone likes to eat it.


  • 5 pieces breads slice 
  • 1 cup sprout moong
  • 2 green chilly
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp oil
First take sprout moong, green chillies, garlic and salt in a mixer and blend it into a fine paste. Now remove the paste from the mixer pot into a bowl, add onion and turmeric powder, mix well. Now heat the pan and add 1 tbsp oil. Keep the flame on medium. Now take bread slice
and put one tbsp or any desired quantity of moong paste on one side and put it in the pan. After putting on the pan, apply moong paste on the other side too. After 2 minutes flip the bread slice and let the other side cook (add one more tbsp oil if required). When both the sides turn golden brown in colour, removed from pan, cut into diagonal slices and serve with sauce of your preference.
