Bottle gourd's (doodhi, lauki) ki sabzi recipe

Ingredients :
Bottle gourd( lauki) ki sabzi

  • 1 bottle gourd( lauki) peel and cut 
  •  1/4 tsp cumin seeds 
  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi daana)
  • 1 dry red chilly
  • 2 bay leaves( tejpatta)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste( little salt) 
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish 
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds,bay leaves, dry red chilly. Then add cut bottle gourd, salt, turmeric powder and stir it, cover with lid and let in cook medium flame. Now after 5-7 minutes stir and cover again. Keep doing this until the sabzi is dry. After the sbzi dry, remove it from heat and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with Rotis and Rice.
