Bhatura recipe

Fried Bhatura
Ingredients :
  • 1 cup plain flour ( maida)
  • 1/2 cup curd ( dahi)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp melted ghee or butter
  • warm water as a required 
  • Oil for fry
Method :
    Plain flour, salt,sugar, baking powder, ghee or butter mix with hand and add curd mix well. Now add water as needed and ready a soft dough, keep aside for 1-2 hours. After 1-2 hours mix well. Take a medium size dough and make a ball of it, dust it with flour on the chakla and roll round roti with rolling pin. Now heat oil in a pan and fry it. Serve hot with chhola and other sabji.
