Sweet corn (makai)ka chatpata recipe



Ingredients :
                                                                                   
  • 1 bowl makai daana( corn seeds)
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 2 chopped green chilly
  • 1 cup Tomatoes puree
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 +1/2 tbsp Butter
Method :
Heat butter in a pan, add chopped onion, green chilly and saute for 1 minute. Now add garlic-ginger paste and saute for 30 seconds and put in tomato puree. After 2 minutes add corn, salt and black pepper powder and it cook on the medium flame for 5 minutes and it remove from the heat and mix lemon juice. Serve it hot.

    Gas on kar ke pan garam karen phir Butter daal kar chopped onion,green chilly daal kar 1 minute fry hone ke baad garlic-ginger ka paste daal kar 30 seconds fry karen phir pan mei tomatoes paste daal kar 2 minutes bhuje ab pan mei sweet corn ,salt aur pepper powder daal kar medium aanch per 5 minutes ke liye bhuje phir gas off kar le.Ab lemon juice daal kar mix karen.Ready ho gaya sweet corn ka chatpata recipe.
