Rice and Beans stir-fry

Ingredients :

  • 1 bowl boiled rice
  • 1 small bowl chopped beans
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or other oil 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method :
Heat oil in a pan ,add chopped onion,green chilly ,chopped beans and salt and saute. Now after 2-3 minutes add boiled rice and all masala powder mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes and remove from the gas and mix lemon juice. Serve hot.
