Mix vegetables delicate kebabs recipe

Delicate kebab
Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower 
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped  capsicum
  • 4 grated garlic
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and grated
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup refined flour (maida)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 4 tbsp semolina (Rawa/sooji)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 chopped green chillies 
  • Oil for fry
Method :
Take in a bowl, add boiled and grated potatoes, grated carrot, chopped chillies, chopped cabbage, grated garlic, grated cauliflower, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, butter, 1 tbsp semolina, refined flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper powder and mix well with hand. Now, take some of the mixture and from ball of it and roll it in the semolina. Now, heat oil on high flame and put vegetables rolls. Fry it until golden brown. When fried golden brown, remove in a plate. Serve with sauce or chutney.
