Methi(Fenugreek)pakoda recipe

Fried methi pakoda
Ingredients :

  • 1 bunch Fenugreek (methi) clean and chopped
  • 2 chopped green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tbsp corn flour 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp water
  • fry for oil
Method :
Take a large bowl and add all ingredients, chopped methi, salt, turmeric,green chilly, gram flour, cornflour and water mix well with hand. Now heat oil and drop a spoonful of batter in oil and deep fry the pakodas till they turn golden brown and crispy.Now drain on plate and serve with chutney and sauce.
