Methi saag simple recipe

Methi saag, this recipe is very simple and tasty i learn it from my mom. I like this recipe very much.
Ready methi saag

Ingredients


Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch chopped  methi saag
  • 1 bowl Tomatoes puree
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 5-10 curry leaves
Method:
Oil
Heat oil in  pan,  add chopped onion, chopped green chilly, chopped garlic and curry leaves mix it. Now after 2 minutes add tomatoe puree and salt. After 2 minutes add chopped methi saag and cook it with a lid on it. After 10 minutes open lid if you feel that it's cooked perfect. If you don't find it cooked then again cook it with a lid on top for 2 minutes.Now serve with roti or rice .
