How to make sabudana (sago) vada recipe

Ready sabudana vada
Ingredients :

  • 200 gm. sabudana (sago)
  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup ground peanut 
  • 2 chopped chilies
  • Rock salt to taste(sendha namak)
  • 10-12 chopped curry leaves
  • oil for fry
Method :

Soak the sabudana, in enough water to cover it, for about 4-5 hours. Take a large bowl and  Mix all ingredients, soak sabudana, mashed potatoes, chop chilies, salt, curry leaves, ground peanut.Now, Make sabudana balls and put in side. Heat oil and fry all sabudana balls till it becomes golden brown and then take it out of oil. Now serve with coconut chutney or any others sauce.
