How to make pumpkin(kaddu) roll recipe

Ingredients :
Pumpkin Rol
For rotis,
  • 400 gm. wheat flour(atta)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • some water for dough 
For filling:
  • 1/2 kg. grated pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 3 tbsp sweet corn 
  • 2 chopped green chilies 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 grated garlic cloves  
  • salt taste 
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • some chopped coriander leaves
  • oil for shallow fry
Method :
In a large bowl, add atta, salt, oil and mix it well.Now slowly add water to form a soft yet slightly firm dough.
Now get the stuffing ready. Heat 2 tbsp oil add chopped onion, grated garlic, chopped green chilies. Then stir fry it, now after it goes golden brown, add grated pumpkin, salt, sweet corn, red chilli powder,black pepper powder, cinnamon powder. Stir fry for 7-10 minutes. Now remove the pan from heat and add grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves and ready the stuffing keep it aside. Now take atta dough make a ball, dust the working surface with some flour (atta) and roll out the stuffed dough to form 5-7 diameter circle and heat tawa till it get's hot. Then place a paratha and add 1 tsp oil let it cook slowly on both the side. Prepare the rotis and now place the pumpkin mixture on the roti. See the image below.
