Homemade pav


Ingredients :

  • 500 gms. all purpose flour 
  • 25 gm (a pack) yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
Method:
First take a bowl, add warm water, sugar, salt and yeast mix them and keep it for a side for 10 minutes. Now take a large bowl, add maida, oil, yeast, mix it and make a maida dough. Put it aside covered with a wet cotton cloth on it and let it be covered till 30-45 minutes. After that take maida dough and divided it in 12 balls. Now take a small baking pan, brush it with oil.
Now put 4 maida balls in the baking pan.
Now preheat your oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes put the baking pan inside the oven for 20-30 minutes at 150 degree.


Now it's ready, use it to make vada pav or pav bhaji.
