Gobi mutter(cauliflower-green peas) ki dry sabzi recipe

Ingredients :
  • 1/2 kg. chopped cauliflower (gobi)
  • 1 bowl fresh green peas (mutter daana)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2  tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried ginger( soonth) powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (Hing)
  •  chopped coriander leaves for garnish 

 Method : (In English)

Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida. Now add cauliflower, salt, and cover with the lid and cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Now open the pan and stir, now add onion, peas and all spices and mix well. Cover with lid and cook on the low flame for 5-7 minutes. Now check whether your cauliflower and peas are soft and remove from the heat and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with Rice, roti and other.

    Ab gas on kar ke pan mei oil garam kar ke oil mei hing daal kar phir chopped gobi daal kar salt daale phir aanch ko medium kar ke cover karen.Ab 5 minutes baad pan ko open kar ke sabzi ko laden phir gobi mei
    mutter daale phir masala ,chopped onion daal kar 5 minutes ke liye covered kar ke chhor de.Ab pan ko open kar ke phir lade aur pan ko open kar ke 5 minutes sabzi ko pakaye jaab gobi -mutter achhe se pak jaye to gas off kar ke dhaniyan patta se serve kare.
