Dhokla recipe gajar with besan ka by Meenakshi pathak

Ready besan- gajar dhokla
Maine apne blog per pahle se ek simple besan ka dhokla ki recipe daali hai aur ab Gajar with Besan dhokla ki recipe daal rahi hun agar kisi ko ye Dhokla pasand aaye to please batayen.

Dhokla batter ka ,

Ingredients-
Dhokla ka ingredients
  • 4 tbsp besan(gram flour)
  • 1 tbsp rava(semolina)
  • 1+1/2 tsp eno 
  • 1 cup gajar ka paste(carrots paste)
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rousted til(sesame seeds)
  • 2 tbsp dahi(curd)
  • 1 tbsp oil 
  • 1 glass water for steamed 
Ab dhokla ko tadka lagane ke liye,
 Ingredients-
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Rai(mustard seeds)
  • 4-5chopped green chilly
  • 15-20 curry leaves
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 tbsp dhaniyan patta
Method-
Ab dhokla banane ke liye ek large bowl mei besan ,semolina,gajar paste,salt, sugar aur curd daal kar achhe se mix kar ke ab usmei 1+1/2 tsp eno mix kar ke dhokla batter ready karen .Ab baking pan mei 1 tbsp oil daal ker haath se pan mei lagaye aur ab  besan- gajar ka batter ko pan mei half daal kar phir uske uper rousted sesame seeds ko chhit de. Ab cooker mei pahle se 1glass water daal kar boiled karen phir usmei batter pan ko daal kar cooker ko covered kare aur siti ko hataa kar side rakhen.Ab 10 minutes ke baad chaaku se check kar ke dekhe agar chaaku mei besan nahni lagta ho to samjhen ki dhokla ready ho gayaa hai aur gas off kare.Ab pan garam kar ke usmei oil garam karen phir rai,hing, chopped green chilly,curry leaves daal kar
crack hone ke baad thanda dhokla ke uper daal den.Phir dhaniyan patta uper se chhit len.Ab kisi chutney ke saath dhokla ko serve karen.
