Coconuts chutney recipe (Narial ki chutney)

Ingredients :

  • 1 grated coconut 
  • 1/3 cup roasted peanuts
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 2 green chillies
To temper ingredients :
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 1 pinch asafoetida(Hing) and 
  • for garnishing 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds 
Method :
    In a mixer grander pot ,add grated coconut,green chillies, salt, roasted peanuts and blend them till smooth.
    Now temper , take a large spoon or pan and heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dal, asafoetida , curry leaves 
    and add on coconuts chutney. Now garnishing the coconut chutney with
    Coconut chutney
     roasted sesame seeds. Serve with south Indian dishes.
