Beetroot's tasty sabzi stir-fry recipe

I like Beetroots sabzi and i hope all like this recipe .

 Beetroots sabzi
Ingredients :

  • 1/2 kg. boiled and chopped Beetroots 
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tbs coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, mustard seeds
  • 2 pinch hing (Asafoetida)
  • 5-10 curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Masala ingredients 
  • 1 tsp butter for garnish  
Method :
Heat butter in a pan ,add cumin,mustard seeds,Asafoetida and crackle now add chopped onion and curry leaves saute for 1 minute. Now add all spices powder and salt . Now after 2 minutes add curd and fry fast 30 second , add boiled and chopped beetroots and stir-fry for 5 minutes and remove from the gas. Garnish with butter. Serve with roti.
