Beans simple stir-fried recipe

Ingredients :

  • 250 gm. chopped beans 
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves after they crackle, add chopped onion after 1 minute add chopped beans and salt, mix it well. After 2 minutes add all masala powder and
mix it well and cover it on medium flame. After 2 minutes open the lid and mix beans vegetables after some minutes off gas. Now garnish grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves.
