Pasta tomatoes sauce and vegetables recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm. pasta
  • 500 gm.Tomatoes boiled, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage 
  • 1/2 cup chopped red capsicum 
  • 1/2 cup chopped green capsicum
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 5 grated garlic cloves 
  • 2 tbsp sugar 
  • salt to taste 
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 5 fresh oregano leaves
  • 10-12 fresh Basils 
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or other vegetables oil
  • some grated cheese and dried pasta masala for garnish 
Method :
Heat 2 glasses of water in a pan, add pasta and boil for 5-7 minutes. After boiled drain all water from it and keep aside.

Now make pasta sauce,
 heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic, onion and saute for 1 minute and add tomato and saute for 2 minutes. Now add salt, sugar, black pepper powder and all vegetables and it cook for 5 minutes. Now add chopped Basil and oregano leaves, vinegar and saute for 1 minute and add boiled pasta and stir for 2 minutes and remove it from the heat. Garnish with grated cheese and dried pasta masala.
