Palak- paneer recipe

Ingredients-

  • 1 Bunch palak(spinach)
  • 100 gm. paneer(cottage cheese) cubes
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 pinch bicarbonate(mitha soda)
  • 1 green chilly
  • salt to taste (little salt)
  • 2 tbsp oil
Method :
Clean and wash the spinach leaves with water.
Boil in a pan spinach and soda for 5 minutes. After boiled remove from the flame and cook down for some time. Now in a blender, add boiled spinach, green chilly,salt make  a paste. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add paneer cubes and fry for 2 minutes. Now again heat 1 tbsp oil, add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add spinach paste and fried paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame. Serve with Rice-dal, pulao,rotis, parantha.

    Sabse pahle palak ko paani se clean kare fir gas per kadhai mei palak aur soda daal kar 5 minutes ke liye boil kare ab gas off kar ke palak ko thanda kar ke green chilly ,salt ke saath grand kare.Ab fir se gas on kare aur 1 tbsp oil daal kar paneer ko light fry kare ab paneer ko plate mei nikal kar rakhe.Ab 1 tbsp oil kadhai mei daal kar chopped onion daal kar halka brown hone ke baad pisa hua palak daal de fir usmei fry paneer daal kar 2 minutes taak paka kar gas off kar de. Ab ready ho gaya aap ka palak -paneer. Roti aur Dal-chaval, parantha ke saath serve karen.
