Mutter aur simla mirchi (green peace and capcicum) ki sabzi by Meenakshi pathak

(2) mutter and capcicum fried 
Ingredients-

  • 1/2 kg.simla mirch(capcicum)
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 large chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tukda ginger
  • 1 small bowl mutter(green peace)
  • 1 tsp haldi(turmeric)powder
  • 1 tsp    dhaniyan(coriander)powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  •  1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 anise 
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • (1)
  • 4 tbsp water

Method-
Sabse pahle simla mirchi ko seeds haata kar chopped karen.Ab masala ke liye capcicum seeds,half onion
aur ginger daal kar grand karen.Phir gas on kar ke pan mei 2 tbsp oil daale oil garam hone ke baad chopped onion daal kar chopped capcicum daal kar 5-7 minutes bhuje phir mutter ke daane daal kar 5 minutes bhuje

aur phir pan se bahar nikal len.Ab pan mei phir se 2 tbsp oil daal kar jeera, bay  leaves,cinnamon stick, anise
masala fried
daal kar just chopped onion daal kar 1 minute baad grand masala daal kar phir usmei dhaniyan, haldi,red chilly ,garam masala,black pepper aur salt daal kar medium aanch per 10 minutes masala ko bhuje phir usmei bhuja hua capcicum aur mutter daal kar mix kar ke 4 tbsp water daal kar cover kar ke 5 minutes  pakaye aur phir gas off kar le.Ab cover side kar ke sabzi ko dish mei serve kare .
