Mutter aur palak yummy recipe

Palak (spinach ) health ke liye  faida karak hota hai, lekin bachche ise khana pasand nahin karte.
But mujhe lagta hai ki ye recipe se bana palak -mutter jaroor like karegen .This recipe is very easy.


Ingredients-

  • 1 bunch palak(spinach)
  • 1 small bowl mutter(green peace)
  • 2 green chilly
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 pinch eating soda (bicarbonate soda)
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method-
Sabse pahle palak ko achhe se saaf kar ke 3-4 baar paani se dho len.Phir gas on kar ke pan mei palak aur eating soda daal kar cover kar ke 5 minutes keliye boiled kar ke gas off kar len,phir  boiled palak thanda hone ke baad mixer pot mei boiled palak,green chilly daal kar grand kar le.Ab gas on kar ke pan mei oil garam hone ke baad chopped onion aur curry leaves daal kar halka fry hone ke baad pan mei grand palak,salt ,mutter daal kar cover kar ke aanch ko slow kar ke 5-7 minutes pakaye ab pan open kar ke dekhen ki mutter puri tarah se paak chuka hai taab black pepper aur cinnamon powder daal kar mix kar ke gas off kar le.Ab agaar aap ko fresh cream ke saath serve karni ho to kar sakte hain but aise bhi tasty lagta hai.
