Moongfali (peanut) aur dhaniya patta(coriander leaves) ki chutney

Ingredients -

  • 50 gm. bhuja hua moonfali(roasted peanut)
  • 1 cup chopped dhaniya patta (coriander leaves)
  • 2 green chillies 
  • salt to taste
  • 2 roasted garlic
  • 1 tsp roasted jeera(cumin)
  •  1 small ginger
  • 2 tbsp Dahi( curd )
  • 1/2 lemon juice 
  • 1/4 cup water
Method-Sabse pahle dhaniya paata ko achhe se saaf kar paani se dho le, fir chopped kar le . Ab mixer pot mei sabse pahle roasted peanut daale fir all ingredients daal kar grand kar le. Ab ready ho gaya moongfali
aur dhaniya patta ki chutney. Is chutney ko idli, baada,pakoda etc.ke saath kha sakte hain,ye chutney bahut tasty baanta hai.
