Mix vegetables paratha
Ingredients,

For dough,

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Kneaded for water

                                             
 Ingredients for stuffing,
  • 1/2 cup chopped capcicum                                                         
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1/2 green peas 
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 5 grated garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil or ghee for shallow fry 
Method :
Make the dough,
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well with hand and add little water at a time and knead the dough. Dough will be soft and do not need to rest the dough. Now take a plate in add all stuffing ingredients and mix well. Now take a ball of dough and dust the dough ball liberally and roll out,  roll out two individual roti for two layer of paratha. Now place one roti in bottom, spread the vegetables stuffing evenly on roti. Now cover the top with the other layer of roti and press all over the sides. Now heat a tava and put paratha on the tava. Now add 1 tsp ghee or oil and frying bothe sides golden brown and remove from the tava. Serve hot paratha, with Dahi, raita, chutney.
