Gajar(carrots) ka halwa

Gajar ka halwa 

Ingredients :
  • 1/2 kg. carrots, peel and grated 
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 tbsp deshi ghee 
  • 15-20 raisins 
  • 8-10 Almonds finely chopped 
Method :
Heat ghee in a pan, add grated carrots, sugar and stir-fry for about 10 minutes. Now add the milk and cook until the milk is dried and add raisins. This will take about 10-12 minutes and turn off the flame. Garnish with chopped almonds and raisins.

Ab gas on kar ke pan garam karen fir usmei ghee daale ,ab ghee daalne ke baad grated gajar aur sugar daal
kar bhuje taab taak gajar aur sugar ko bhujte rahen jaab taak usmei nikla hua paani sukhe.Ab usmei milk daale fir kishmish.Ab milk sukhne taak bhujte rahen jaab gajar ekdum se dry ho jaye to gas off kar den ab dish mei catta hua badam aur kishmish ko uper se daal den.Ab gajar ka halwa ready ho gaya ise thanda ya garam serve kar sakte hain.
