Dhaniyan patta aur imli (coriander leaves and tamarind) ki meethi tasty chutney by Meenakshi pathak

Ingredients-

  • 1 Bunch dhaniyan patta(coriander leaves)
  • 50 gm. imli(tamarind)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 2-3 green chilly
  • 1 tbs rousted jeera(rousted cumin seeds)
  • 2 pinch hing
Method-
Dhaniyan patta ko achhe se saaf kar paani se dho le aur imli ko pahle se 20-25 minutes taak paani mei bhigo
kar rakhen.Ab mixer grander mei chopped dhaniyan patta,paani mei bhigoya hua imli,green chilly, rousted jeera, hing, sugar aur salt,daal kar grand karen .Ab ready hogyaa dhaniyan patta aur imli ki meethi
