Stir-fry Broccoli recipe

Broccoli is very healthy and cancer fight vegetable.
Cooked broccoli sabzi

Ingredients-

  • 250 gm.chopped broccoli 
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  •  1 tbsp garlic,ginger,green chilly paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt for broccoli boiling 
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or other vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder


Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add a glass of water and 1/2 tsp salt and it boiled for 5 minutes. After boiling drain of all water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute. Now add garlic, ginger,green chilly paste and saute for 1 minute. Now add onion paste and cinnamon powder and it saute for 2 minutes. Now add boiled broccoli and pepper powder it stir for 5 minutes. Now it remove from the heat and serve with roti, rice.
