Bhindi (Ladyfinger) stir-fry and easy recipe

Stir-fry ladyfinger

  • 1/2 kg. Bhindi(Ladyfinger) chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp Amchur (dry mango) powder
Methode :
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ladyfinger,salt, turmeric powder and saute for 10 minutes on the medium flame till it. Now check whether your ladyfinger is dry. Now add black pepper, red chilly, Amchur powder and mix well and switch of the flame. Serve with rotis, Rice and other dishes.
