Vegetables Rice fry with cheese

Ingredients -

  • 1 bowl boiled rice
  • 1/2 bowl chopped mix vegetables(capsicum,cauliflower,green peas and other)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 garam masala
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • salt to taste
  •  garnish for 2 tbsp grated cheese
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion saute for 1 minute and add green chilly, tomato, salt and all chopped vegetables, vinegar and saute for 2-3 minutes. Now add boiled rice, all spices and mix well and cook it for 2 minutes and remove from the gas. Garnish with grated cheese.
