Urad ki kali daal

ingredients-

  • 1 cup urad daal chhilka wali 
  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  • 2 bowl water
  • salt to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes pulp
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
  • Dhaniyan patta 
  • 1 tbsp butter
Method- (In Hindi)
Sabse pahle Urad daal ko paani se dho kar, cooker mei daal, paani,salt, haldi dal kar gas per 15 minutes pakaye fir gas off kar de.Ab cooker thanda hone per khole, ab pan mei oil garam kar ke jeera,chopped gar
lic,chopped onion,green chilly,dal kar 5 minutes bhune ab usmei ginger paste daale fir tomatoes pulp dal kar achhi tarah se bhuje . Ab usmei paka hua daal dal den fir 2 minutes ke liye pan ko cover kar de aur gas off kar de.    Ab butter aur        dhaniyan patta se serve karen ready ho gaya Urad ki kali daal.
