Raw papaya(kacche papita) ka pakora



Ingredients :
  • 1 bowl grated raw papaya
  • 2 green chilly chopped
  • 1/2 cup gram flour( chana besan)
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds, carom seeds, onion seeds mix
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Oil for frying 
Method :


Take a large bowl, add in all ingredients. Using a spoon or your hand, just pick up the mix and place it into the hot oil. Pakoras need to be deep fried until golden brown colour. Drain the fried papaya pakoras on a plate. Serve it hot with any sauce or chutney.
