Garlic Lachha paratha recipe

Garlic Lachha paratha

  • 300 gms. wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  • 2 tbsp oil 
  • 10 grated garlic cloves 
  • oil for shallow frying 
Method :
Sieve the flour and in large bowl, add flour, salt, 2 tbsp oil, carom seeds, garlic and mix well. Now add of water knead until smooth, cover and keep aside for 20-25 minutes. Now take some atta dough and shape into a round ball and flatten a little. Roll out each flattened ball into a circle. Roll like a swiss roll and pour 1 tsp oil and folded both side layer by layer and fold of circle and press your palm lighty the center and rolling with roller pin. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha. Now add, 1 tsp of oil and shallow fried on both side. Serve with any sabzi or chutney.
