Chilli and garlic sauce recipe


  • 10-15 garlic cloves
  • 4 kashmiri dry red chillies 
  • 1 tsp corn flour ( mix  in of some  water)
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar 
  • 1/2 cup white  vinegar
Method :
Soak the Kashmiri dry red chillies with 1/2 bowl warm water for 10 minutes and keep aside. After 15-20 minutes make the chillies and garlic paste and heat oil in a pan, add garlic-chillies paste, salt, and saute for 3 minutes. Now add sugar, vinegar, and corn flour and cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from the heat and add roasted sesame seeds.
