Raw papaya stir-fry


  • 1/2 Raw papaya peeled and grated 
  •  Black salt to taste
  • 3-4 green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or other oil
Heat oil in a pan, add green chilly and just add grated papaya and saute for 5 minutes. Now add black salt and black pepper powder mix well and remove from the heat. Serve with rotis.
