Rajma yummy

Ingredients -
  • 250gm Rajma
  • 4 tomatoes 
  • 3 onions
  • ginger paste 1tsp
  • haldi 1tsp (turmeric) powder 
  • dhaniya 11/2tsp (coriander) powder 
  • salt according to taste 
  • gud (jaggery)1tsp
  • emli pulp (tamarind) 1tbsp
  • 4 kashmiri chili soaked in water 
  • garam masala powder 1tsp 
  • oil 4tsp 
  • jeera (cumin) 1/2tsp
  • 2 bay leaves  
  • 2 cups water 
  • dhaniya patta (coriander leaves )
    Method -

    1. Rajma ko pani mein 5hr. bhigo kar ubaal le cooker thanda hone par pani chhan kar rakhe.
    2. Ab masala ke liye tomatoes, 2 onions, kashmiri chili sabhi ko mix kar achhi tarah se pis kar paste bana le.
    3. Ab pan garam kar ke oil daal kar hot kare fir jeera aur bay leave daal kar brown hone par cuta hua onion daalkar halka brown hone ke baad pisa hua masala daale ab haldi, dhania,salt, emli pulp, gud, ginger paste ko daal kar achhi tarah se bhujen. Ab 10minute bhujne ke baad ab garam                masala daal kar fir 5minute bhuj kar jab oil chutne lage to ab ubla hua Rajma daal kar 5minute1 firse bhuje.
    4. Phir 2 cups water daal kar 10minute tak ublne ke baad gas off kar de. Ab dhaniya patta daal ke serve karden.
           
    Tips- Home made garam masala banane ke liye, 2 green cardamom, 1 stick cinnamon, 1/2 jaivitri, 1big cardamom,1/2tsp black pepper, 1tsp jeera, 1chakri fool (star anise), small tukda jayfal ka ab sabhi  masala ko roast karke mixi mein achhi tarah se pise kar taiyar kar le .
