Palak pakoda sandwich(spinach pakoda sandwich) recipe


 Ingredients -
  • 4 Bread 
  • palak patta(spinach)
  • 1/2 cup gram flour (besan) 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt according to taste 
  • 1 tsp Garlic- ginger paste 
  • chilly powder 1/2ts 
  • oil for fry 
  • 4 onion slices 
  • green sous (hari chutney)
Method : 
Wash spinach leaves and dry with cloth and keep aside. In a bowl, add besan, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, 1/2 glass water and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and dip it in the batter and fry it. When it's fried golden brown take it out from your frying pan. Now take a bread and spread green chutney, add onion slice and 4 spinach leaves pakodas and covered other bread slice. Serve with tomato sauce.



    Method -  (In Hindi)
    Palak ko achhi tarah se paani se clean kar, cloth se dry kar le. Ab ek bowl mein besan, haldi, chilly powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste daal kar paani se thick batter bana le. Ab gas per pan mein oil garam hone par ab 1-1 palak ka patta besan mei dubo kar pan mein dale. Ab halka brown hone par pan se bahar nikal le. Ab Bread slice par hari chatni laga kar uske upar onion slice daal kar palak ke patta ka pakoda rakhe fir dusra bread slice mei chatni laga kar uper se rakhe. Ready ho gaya palak pakoda sandwich .
