Litti chokha

Aata ka  ingredients:
  • 500g.Gehun ka aata (wheat flour) 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp backing soda 
  • paani(water
Stuffing ka ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup chana ka sattu(roasted bengal grams flour)
  • 1/2 tsp black salt 
  • 1 tbsp garlic -ginger -green chilly paste
  • 1 lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp roasted jeera,ajwain ,kalonji,
  • Fry ke liye oil
    Method:
    Sabse pahle aata ko chhanle fir usmei salt, oil, backing soda daal kar achhi tarah se milale. Ab paani daal kar aata ko guth le.Ab stuffing ke liye chana ke sattu mei black salt ,garlic ,ginger.
    Green chilly paste, lemon juice aur roasted jeera, ajwain,kalonji daal kar mix kar le.Ab gutha  aata ko lekar usmei sattu ka stuff kare aur halka haath se thoda faila de fir garam oil mei fry kare. Ready hogya aapka Litti.

    Chokha ke liye:
    Boil potatoes ko chhilka hata kar haath se mass kar usmei salt ,haldi 1 pinch,
    garam masala daal kar fir onion  jeera mustard seeds  aur hari mirch ka tadka lagaye . Chokha ready hai .

    Tips: Aap litti ko sukha bhi roast kar khaa sakte hai.
