Eggless Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 Ripe Bananas
1/4 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2-3 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 Cup Maida or all purpose flour (I used 1 Cup whole wheat flour and 1 Cup Maida)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

Method

Preheat the oven to 180o C. Lightly grease or line a loaf pan or cake time.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas well using a fork. Alternatively a food processor can be used too.



Add the brown sugar, oil and vanilla extracts to the mashed bananas and whisk briskly with the help of a whisk to incorporate all the ingredients and form a smooth paste.


Sift in the required amount of flour, baking soda and salt. Use a spoon to mix all the ingredients together so that everything is combined.


Transfer the batter to the greased pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.


You'd come to know that your banana bread is ready when the top turns into a shade of golden-brown and a knife inserted into it comes out clean or only with a few crumbs.
